checkDerivatives: return non-void result

Description

It would be nice to supply the automatically performed check with non-void output, to make human observation of output optional (when difference d_numerical vs d_user_provided is out of allowed range, user-written program will have possibility to detect it and chose correct decision - warning, error, etc). I think it should be either Python dict or instance of specially created for the aim OpenOpt? class.
